How to Apply for Admission to College

National Association for College Admission Counseling – Online newsletter, Steps to College, is for and about students in the School-to-college transition. Updated with new stories throughout the year. Includes information for parents, as well.

Common Application – Provides admission application (online and in print) that students may submit to over 700 member institutions. Completed application can be sent to any number of the participating colleges

Black Colleges Online Common Application – Apply to 33 historic Black colleges and universities.

College Board – Information about registering and preparing for the PSAT/NMSQT, SAT, AP, and CLEP tests. Provides information for parents and students

Collegboard.com Spanish – College Board registration in Spanish

ACT – Information about registering and preparing for the ACT test. Also provides information about planning for college, financial aid, and career planning.
